A dealer in horses called upon a veterinary surgeon in one of the largest towns in Yorkshire, and promised to send for examination all the horses he had for sale, providing they were passed as sound, backed by a certificate to that effect, and the fee did not exceed five shillings. Warranty. —By some there is entertained a great but fancied security in a warranty. Half that are given are but as waste paper. Many cases are on record which prove this: one will suffice.
